Members who hold a superannuation account in AGEST may receive automatic Death and Total & Permanent Disablement (TPD) insurance cover, subject to some conditions. 

Income protection cover is also available.  
 
Any member can apply for insurance cover or increase their existing cover, subject to evidence of health. Members can cancel or reduce their cover.

These insurance cover arrangements are provided through The Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Limited, trading as CommInsure.
