Chief Executive
Michael Seton has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the fund since January 2002. He is based in Melbourne.
Whilst the Directors have ultimate responsibility for the management of the fund, the CEO manages all day-to-day fund issues and makes recommendations to the Directors in relation to the fund's strategy, investments, service providers - in fact, everything in relation to the fund.
You should contact our administration team regarding any administration issues. However if you have any issues that you believe need to be raised with the Trustee or CEO, you can send an email to trustee@agest.com.au.
Compliance Manager
Raj Malhotra is our Compliance Manager. Raj joined the fund in April 2008 and is based in Melbourne.
His role is to develop and maintain compliance and administrative systems to ensure that:
- the fund operates in accordance with all Trust Deed and legislative requirements
- processes are in place to monitor risks within the fund and all service providers.

Administration Manager
Anthony Beamish is our Administration Manager. Anthony joined the Trustee office in June 2003 and has worked in various fund administration roles. He is based in Melbourne. His primary role is to work with our administration provider to ensure that the services provided to our members and employers are of high quality. He also manages other functions such as our website development and maintenance and various fund documents (including our member statements).

Member Services Managers
Louise Aracas and James Riches are our Member Services Managers. Both are based in Melbourne. They have both previously worked in a financial planning role.
Their role is to focus on the following:
- member education material, particularly on the website
- educational seminars across the country
- assisting members with information on the products that we offer
- new member servicing initiatives.
Their geographical areas of responsibility are:

Investments Manager
Anthony De Fazio is our Investments Manager. Anthony joined the Trustee office in October 2007, having previously worked with a custodian and another major super fund. He is based in Melbourne.
His role includes the following:
- dealing with the fund's custodian on all investment administration matters
- contributions to the investment section of this website
- implementation of investment decisions.

Administration Officer
Elizabeth Raczynski is our Administration Officer. Elizabeth joined the fund in September 2005 and is based in Melbourne. She is responsible for numerous Trustee office functions such as industry surveys, website maintenance and office administration.

Administration Officer
Andrea Rose is our Administration Officer. Andrea joined the fund in October 2009 and is based in Melbourne. She is responsible for numerous Trustee office functions such as accounts payable, event management and office administration.
