Management
Chief Executive
Michael Seton has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the fund since January 2002. He is based in Melbourne.
Whilst the Directors have ultimate responsibility for the management of the fund, the CEO manages all day-to-day fund issues and makes recommendations to the Directors in relation to the fund's strategy, investments, service providers - in fact, everything in relation to the fund.

Operations Manager
Catherine Flowers is our Operations Manager. Catherine joined the fund in April 2003 and is based in Melbourne.
Her role is to ensure that the fund operates in accordance with all agreed policies and procedures, the Trust Deed and legislative requirements. Her role includes ensuring that all providers of services to the fund are performing their duties in accordance with the fund's contractual and other expectations. Catherine also assists in managing the operations and decisions of the Trustee.

Compliance and Risk Manager
Raj Malhotra is our Compliance and Risk Manager. Raj joined the fund in April 2008 and is based in Melbourne.
His role is to develop and maintain compliance and administrative systems to ensure that:
- the fund operates in accordance with all Trust Deed and legislative requirements
- processes are in place to monitor risks within the fund and all service providers.

Employer Services Manager
Anthony
Beamish is our Employer Services Manager. Anthony joined the Trustee office in June 2003, having previously worked in a similar role in funds administration. He is based in Melbourne. His role is to focus on the following:
- liaison and promotion of the fund with existing and potential employers
- ensuring that key personnel within existing employers are fully informed on the fund, particularly in relation to the enrolment of new members and the submission of contribution data.

Member
Services Managers
Louise Aracas and James Riches are our Member Services Managers. Both are based in Melbourne. They have both previously worked in a financial planning role.
Their role is to focus on the following:
- member education material, particularly on the website
- educational seminars across the country
- assisting members with information on the products that we offer
- new member servicing initiatives.

Investment Officer
Anthony De Fazio is our Investment Officer. Anthony joined the Trustee office in October 2007, having previously worked with a custodian and another major super fund. He is based in Melbourne.
His role includes the following:
- dealing with the fund's custodian on all investment administration matters
- contributions to the investment section of this website
- implementation of investment decisions.

Administration Support Officer
Elizabeth Raczynski is our Administration Support Officer. Elizabeth joined the fund in September 2005 and is based in Melbourne. She is responsible for numerous Trustee office functions such as accounts payable, website maintenance and office administration.
