Getting Financial Advice If you need assistance, AGEST members have access to commission-free financial planning advice through Industry Fund Financial Planning (IFFP). IFFP can be contacted on 1300 138 848. IFFP charges on a fee-for-service basis. That is, you are charged an agreed fee based on the time it will take to complete your financial plan. IFFP will make a free assessment of your situation and set a FIXED fee, up front, which you agree to before your plan is written.
