Considering us?
We appreciate the importance of your time and have prepared a quick 6 point list of information you should know about AGEST Super's arrangements for employers.
-
Any employer can contribute to AGEST Super for any or all of their employees.
- AGEST Super is a regulated superannuation fund within the meaning of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 ('SIS Act'). We are a complying superannuation fund within the meaning of the SIS Act, and have never received a notice of non-compliance from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority ('APRA').
Our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 79 781 199 140
Our Superannuation Fund Number (SFN) is 2683 539 47
- AGEST Super is able to accept superannuation contributions (including employer, salary sacrifice, personal after-tax, rollovers, and spouse contributions) for eligible persons. These contributions are maintained and subsequently paid only in accordance with the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Regulations.
-
Employers can make contributions to the fund by:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- BPay
- Cheque
- Direct Debit.
Employers can report their contribution details by:
- uploading a file or entering details manually within our online service,
- using their own payroll reports, or
- using our scannable paper contribution return.
- There are no employer fees - what can be more simple than that. The only fees charged in AGEST Super are those levied on members and those fees are amongst the lowest in Australia - its one of the reasons why many employers use us as their employer fund (default fund) in the workplace.
- All employers who wish to contribute to AGEST Super are asked to provide their contact details and information about how they wish to contribute (eg, EFT, BPay etc).
