AGEST has appointed AEW to manage part of the unlisted property portfolio of the fund.  We are invested in the AEW Value Investors Fund II.

Objective and Strategy

Value-added investment strategies are executed by the AEW Direct Investment Group.  The team of experienced professionals includes acquisitions, portfolio management, asset management and accounting professionals who work exclusively for direct equity clients.

The AEW fund seeks to provide investors with an attractive total return, as well as consistent current cash distributions through redevelopment, re-positioning, re-tenanting and other active management strategies.
