AGEST and Fiduciary
AGEST has employed Fiduciary to manage international property for the fund. AGEST has invested in the Fiduciary International Real Estate Fund 2 (FIRE 2).
Objective
The objective of FIRE 2 is to provide investors with a cumulative annualised return in excess of 10%.
The objective will be to construct a diversified portfolio of investments in approximately 10 to 15 underlying real estate funds and will include investments in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe.
Strategy
The investment uses a 'fund of funds' structure. This structure will provide access to real estate opportunities with some of the world's most experienced private real estate managers and provides diversification of investments by geography, property type, investment strategy and time horizon.
