Members Equity (ME) is an Australian bank which is 100% owned by over 40 not-for-profit Australian superannuation funds, via a company called Industry Super Holdings Pty Ltd.
Each of the 40 superannuation funds holds shares in Industry Super Holdings Pty Ltd. AGEST is one of those shareholders.
This is effectively a small private equity investment for AGEST.
