More than 50,000 members received their 30 June 2009 electronically this year.

That is a fantastic result and to encourage even more members to use electronic communications, we are again running our email updates competition. 

To be in the draw to win one of five $1,000 AGEST account credits, all you have to do is make sure you have an email address recorded on your AGEST account by 31 October 2009.

If we don't have your email address, you can provide it by:

  • updating your details online - just click on the login button in the website navigation bar above.
  • calling us on 1300 724 378 or by email to info@agest.com.au

Members who have selected electronic communications as their preferred communications method can also receive our email updates covering:

Email Type Description Frequency
General super updates Highlights any new superannuation industry and AGEST items. 1 every 2 months
AGEST investment news General market update and discussion on AGEST's investment options and performance. 1 every 2 months
AGEST seminar program Provides any details of upcoming sessions across Australia. Varies depending on seminars in your area
Non-AGEST products Updates from organisations related to AGEST such as Industry Funds Financial Planning or Members Equity Bank. 1 every 6 months

All emails will be prepared, authorised and sent by the AGEST Trustee, so we will not provide your email address to any external organisation that is not already listed in our AGEST Privacy Policy. You can view our privacy policy by clicking on the link in the footer at the bottom of this page.

In addition to our online statements and email updates, we are also pursuing the delivery of routine correspondence (such as confirmation of investment switches or updates to personal details) via email or within our secure online service.  We will let members know before this feature becomes available.
